Job Summary:
This role is for the strategic thinker, the data-driven decision-maker and the innovative marketing leader. You'll be at the center of student journey communications, driving increased brand affinity and improved student experience from prospective students through to graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing audits and plans for optimization to improve the impact of communications on the student journey
- Develop targeted distribution lists within Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support email segmentation and automated email strategies. This will involve leveraging the platforms' capabilities to identify and group subscribers based on specific criteria
- Extract data, execute targeted communications, and manage subscriber subsets within Salesforce
- Implement SMS/Text campaigns utilizing Salesforce and Mogli, ensuring effective delivery and engagement
- Partner with internal teams to improve campaign targeting through list refinement based on Salesforce data and insights
- Execute diverse email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing ad-hoc and automated initiatives. This includes managing content from various departments such as Enrollment Services, Student Success, and Marketing. Responsibilities also include coding, implementing dynamic content, and list segmentation
- Manage comprehensive campaign processes, including copywriting, quality assurance, proofreading, testing, editing, scheduling, deployment, and post-campaign analysis. Emphasis is placed on maintaining high-quality and accurate communications
- Apply email and SMS marketing best practices to ensure clear, customer-focused messaging. This involves using compelling calls-to-action, appropriate templates, ensuring message relevance, and optimizing for responsive design24.
- Support testing and optimization efforts to continuously improve campaign performance and results
- Collaborate with management to analyze campaign KPIs, provide performance feedback, and suggest actionable improvements
- Maintain expertise in email marketing, SMS marketing, and broader digital marketing trends to ensure the adoption of current best practices
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in executing high-volume email marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Background in graphic design and HTML is desirable.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, SaaS platforms, and MS Teams
